Due to the nature of our products (freshly prepared meals and food items), we do not accept returns. Once a meal has been delivered to you, it cannot be returned.

We do not typically offer refunds on meals, as our products are made to order. However, in exceptional cases such as:
- Wrong orders delivered (e.g., incorrect meals or items).
- Unfulfilled or canceled orders by our team.
We will process a refund after reviewing the issue. If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
3. How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue

- A detailed description of the issue.
- Any relevant photos (if applicable).
We will review your case and respond within 48 hours.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or dispatched for delivery. Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

We take the utmost care in preparing and delivering our meals. However, if you receive a meal that is damaged, spoiled, or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will investigate the issue and offer a resolution.
7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, the amount will typically be processed within 7-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Shipping and Delivery Charges
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless your order is canceled by NUTRIBITES or incorrect orders are delivered. Any additional charges such as delivery fees are not refundable.
